Power Balls - Kegel Training Set

This trio of super soft hourglass shaped kegel balls have varying weights so you can gradually advance your pelvic training at your pace. Stronger pelvic muscles can help with a variety of things from improved bladder and orgasm control to better posture!  

Start with the balls that have the lightest weight and wear them for as long as you and your body are comfortable with - you make the rules here! When you can wear that pair with confidence and extreme comfort it's time to level up your game.

Don't let the name of this product fool you, there's no reason you can't wear these in your bum if you want to!
