Shipping & Handling Procedures

-SHIPPING-

I will do my very best to ship your items to you via Canada Post Express and will provide you with a tracking number within 24 hours of receiving your order, if something causes a delay on my part I'll update you ASAP! 

-HANDLING-

Upon receipt of all inventory I personally inspect EVERYTHING with gloved hands for any defects - nobody wants to buy a vibrator, wait for it to come in the mail and then find out it doesn't even work! Boxes are opened by me personally but I don't open bottles of fluid so they should still be sealed by the factory when you receive them. Defective items do NOT get discounted and sold but are returned to the supplier. Any motorized items that require batteries will be checked for function and the batteries will remain inside for your convenience. Any rechargeable toys will receive a COMPLETE charge and will be turned on/cycled through each setting to ensure functionality and will be re-boxed immediately ready for your use. All items are stored and packaged for shipment inside our retail location.

I always advise everyone to wash everything before using it - lettuce, underwear, sex toys. It's best for your health to only use items that you KNOW are clean. Please don't rely on hygiene labels unless they come from strictly regulated industries :)
